Service information
Disclaimer and service boundaries
Know what the website and an initial request do, and what needs a separate agreement.
Search and preparation tools
Trademark search results, class suggestions, pricing plans and resource articles help you prepare. They are not a complete clearance search, a final legal opinion or a guarantee that a trademark can be registered. Records and circumstances can change; a professional check must consider your actual mark, goods, services and jurisdictions.
A request comes before an engagement
Submitting a free professional check or a service enquiry does not authorize payment, create a paid engagement or instruct a government filing. A human review clarifies the appropriate next step. The scope, price, contracting entity and responsible local professional are disclosed before you engage.
Local responsibility and filing approval
Trademarkora provides a connected preparation and communication platform. Jurisdiction-specific work depends on the appropriate local entity or professional and the separately agreed scope. No government filing proceeds without the applicant’s approval.
Deadlines and existing registrations
A service enquiry does not extend or protect an opposition, refusal-review or other legal deadline. A deadline supplied by a customer still requires verification. A received request does not mean a renewal has been filed, an ownership transfer recorded or monitoring activated.
Prices and agreed work
Published prices apply to the scope shown with them. Work marked Exact Quote requires a separately confirmed quote. Any paid service, exclusions and applicable refund terms must be confirmed for the actual engagement before you proceed.
