3-month total = max(total confirmed names − 1, 0) × US$60.
One free name per customer, not per request. We check your existing names and allowance before confirming the arrangement. Examples use your total confirmed names across requests, not a new free allowance for every form.
One name means one submitted and confirmed text name. We do not charge by the number of matching applications, applicants or classes. Chinese and English names count separately when both are confirmed.
Peter reviews the exact names and scope, then sends payment arrangements for any additional names. Paid monitoring starts only after payment is confirmed, with the paid start and end dates recorded. There is no automatic renewal charge.

Choose the right next step
For brands with a connection to China.
Useful if you sell in China, work with Chinese suppliers or are planning your next market. This service follows an exact name over time; your filing and legal decisions need their own review.
This monthly service
Monthly updates for confirmed names
Follow the confirmed name across all applicants, classes and statuses visible in the source. Available result pages, record details and announcements are checked.
Professional review
Similar names, filing decisions or an actual dispute need a separate scope and human assessment.
Understand the options →Every confirmed name receives the same monthly monitoring frequency and one monthly email report. Paying for more names does not add similar-name searches, logos or dispute work.
This service does not cover similar spellings, translations, logos, online marketplaces, social media, domains or other countries. A matching record does not by itself mean infringement.

A team you can reply to
Peter & the Trademarkora team
Peter and the Trademarkora team review each request, check your existing customer-level free allowance, and confirm the exact names and monthly arrangement. A request alone does not activate monitoring or confirm payment. We will contact you if the name or scope needs clarification, and confirm the first update arrangement once your request is accepted.

Checks use publicly available records shown by Alibaba Cloud’s trademark search service. Source data may differ from or lag behind official records; official information prevails. Results are for information only. This monthly service is not real-time monitoring, legal advice or deadline management.
A completed check can find new matching records, changes to earlier results or no changes. If the source cannot be checked completely, we say so and keep the last successful check as the comparison point.

Your questions, answered.
How much does China monitoring cost?
Your first confirmed trademark name is free, with one free allowance per customer across all requests. Additional names cost US$20 each per month, with a minimum three-month prepaid term: US$60 upfront per additional name. For 1, 2 or 3 total confirmed names, the three-month total is US$0, US$60 or US$120. The free name is not a three-month trial, and no filing-service purchase is required.
What counts as one trademark name?
One name is one submitted and confirmed text name, not one application number or search result. Chinese and English names are confirmed and counted separately. Latin letter case is ignored, but word order and spaces are not changed. You do not need a Chinese registration number to request monitoring; monitoring does not register a name or establish rights.
Does paying for more names add wider coverage?
No. Payment adds confirmed exact names only. Every name has the same monthly monitoring frequency and one monthly email report. Similar spellings, translations, phonetic variants, logos, other countries, online marketplaces, social media, domains and dispute work are outside this service.
Are other applicants and classes included?
We check exact-name records across all applicants, classes and statuses visible in the source, including available result pages. Your business description is context, not a filter. The number of matching applications, applicants or classes does not determine your name count or price. Source information may be delayed or incomplete.
Can I claim a free name with each new request?
No. The free allowance belongs to the same customer, not each form, email address or inquiry. Peter checks your existing confirmed names and free allowance before confirming the arrangement. Repeated requests do not automatically create another free place or a duplicate charge.
When do additional names start?
Peter reviews the exact names, customer-level allowance and scope, then sends the payment arrangements. Each additional name needs at least three months prepaid, US$60 per name. Paid monitoring begins only after payment is confirmed and the paid start and end dates are recorded. We confirm when to expect the first monthly update. Submitting a request does not activate monitoring.
What if nothing changes, or a check cannot be completed?
You still receive a monthly summary when a completed check finds no changes. If the source cannot be checked completely, we say what remains unverified and identify the last successful check. An incomplete check is never reported as no changes. A matching name alone does not establish infringement; this is not legal advice or deadline management.
How do I stop or continue the updates?
Reply to a service email. The team handles the request manually and confirms the arrangement. There is no automatic renewal charge. Any further paid term needs a separate payment arrangement; changes to a prepaid term are discussed before action. Stopping does not automatically delete inquiry or historical service records.
Planning to file in China?
Monitoring does not replace registration or an application check.
