What the published price covers

For one mark, one applicant and standard direct electronic filing within the selected country, classes and item limits, the published price covers normal professional work and standard government application and registration fees through initial registration. It is not a guarantee of registration.

Objections or refusals, opposition, non-standard documents or official charges, changes to the agreed scope, and post-registration maintenance such as renewals require separate confirmation.

Choose countries below, then ask for a free professional check of your mark, owner, classes and route. No payment or filing at this step.

Number of classes

Choose 1, 2, 3, or 4+ for every selected jurisdiction. More than 3 classes always requires an Exact Quote.

Understand your filing costs

What affects the total cost?

The marks, countries or regions, classes, filing route and agreed scope all matter. The planner shows published prices for its stated scope; it is not a universal formula for every application. For country-specific costs and requirements, see the China guide or US guide.

Is the all-in total only a government fee?

No. The published total includes standard professional work and the government application and registration fees covered by the agreed normal process. It is not a government fee alone. Scopes marked Exact Quote need confirmation before a price can be agreed.

Are a name, a logo, another class and another country the same cost choice?

They describe different choices: the mark you want to protect, the goods or services, and where you want protection. A name and a logo may call for different filing choices; this does not automatically mean you need to buy two applications. Use the word mark and logo comparison, classification guide and DIY and professional preparation section to prepare the scope for confirmation.

What does the all-in price cover?

For the agreed mark, applicant, classes and filing route, the published all-in package covers the normal process through initial registration, including standard professional work and government application and registration fees, when there is no office action, refusal or opposition. Responses to objections or disputes, changes to the agreed scope and post-registration maintenance are quoted separately.

Non-standard requirements also need separate scope confirmation. The package is not a guarantee of registration.
